After the study and the designing, the PUNCHING MACHINE FINN-POWER F with JETCAM software takes on steel processing and shaping.
CNC machining - Processing
The processing centres of HAAS, 5AXIS VERTICAL MACHINE HAAS MODEL VF-5/40 – ROTARY UNIT HAAS TR210 DUAL-AXIS – 4AXIS VERTICAL MACHINE HAAS MODEL VF-4 – 4AXIS CNC LATHE HAAS MODEL ST-30Y – 3AXIS HARTFORD PRO-1000, with the SprutCAM software take on processing and shaping.
Electrostatic coating
After proper process, the 250m2 electrostatic coating furnace paints the parts – machinery using AkzoNobel & NEOKEM powder.
Electrical panels
Electrical panels are manufactured in whole in our premises based on the requirements of modern market. The designing programs E-Plan & Solid Works Electrical take on the designing of the electrical plan that is subsequently implemented using mainly solutions provided by Siemens (PLC’s, CPU’s, Inverters , etc.).
Management software
The management software is designed and installed by us based on international standards, but also on the needs/requirements of each application/production process.
